Pros

Cons
BED BUGS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED TWICE!! EWWWWE!!! Lame training, Focus on making them look good while in training, Once you hit the floor , they attack you for not knowing things they haven't taught you yet. They have "coaches" that need to be Coached themselves! These are want a be supervisors without the experience, knowledge and education! Once you start working, they want you to feel like you are nothing but just an customer service rep who cant take a call. They set you up for failure by not teaching you and then rack up points against you for not knowing and failing to do your job. Its Simply taking a call, following a script , entering information and creating a claim No, so the Glass shops can bill the Insurance Co's EXCEPT- they make it out to be much more than this and instead of picking at "how you ask a question on the phone" they should be training the Coaches and making sure they know how to Treat the customer service Reps and guiding them to being better Reps, but they knit pick until you cant stand being there any longer! The Turn over is High and its because of the way they treat people and if you are ONE MINUTE late in logging into the phone system, it counts against you!! they rack these up and for one tardy or One absent to fall off the tally sheet, You can not be late or absent for 90 Days People!! Don't WORK HERE!! UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!
