Pros

Good Benefits 401K (.25% match for first 5 years)(.55% after 5) Family oriented events Monthly bonus

Cons

Juvenile "point system" High turnover Horrible management No work life balance. This company does not care if you're dying or stuck in a wreck. You are getting pointed out. A guy had a stoke at the company and was sent to the hospital and still received a "point" for his stay in the hospital. Very hot in the summer especially 2 stories in the air Very Cold in the winter (This makes no sense considering more glass breaks in the summer due to tension. More money is wasted. AC would be cheaper) Management. Many of those supervisors do not know what is going on most days. Hours. You work massive OT in the summer and barely make 32 in the winter. 401K. Everything is invested and you continue to lose money. Also, its a pain to take out. Yearly raises are a joke. Advancement is almost nonexistent Learning new skills does not get you the promised advancement raises FAULTY AND UNSAFE equipment. I was made to use a cherry picker that was tagged out because they didnt have enough equipment for all employees because at least 3 cherry pickers are broken down. Not enough female employees. Uniforms are catered to men. No OSHA training for equipment

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
