Pros

Van to take home, weekly pay.

Cons

Management is pathetic. 90% have never installed a glass themselves. Once they got the new ceo, the company became horrible. The greed and shady culture she created has trickled down and sucked all the life out of what once was a fun job. We used to have team building events, company outings and breakfasts. All of that is gone now along with the morale. All Management cares about is money by price gouging the insurance companies and cash paying customers in order to inflate the company's profits before going public. They stole 1000s from their veteran technicians taking away as much as 10$ an hour by demoting them under unfair circumstances. Give raises to the trainees while not giving anything to veteran techs who have given their all already to this company. If they led men into battle, it would be a massacre every time. You have no name here. You are and always will be, just a number. No longer a career but just a job and a paycheck. Slave driven, cold heart and can-get-over-on-you mindset is their motto so get used to it.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
