Micromanaging senior management (90% of which don’t know how to install glass in the first place)
No guarantee that you’ll be able to take care of family emergencies (Mom died and I was told I couldn’t call out the next day because I had a full route and they couldn’t cover it)
No guarantee of promotion unless you’re practically a servant to leadership (The only people I saw, in my 5 years of working there, get promoted were the ones that were snitches and manager suck ups. The kind of people that would ask the teacher what homework everyone had for the weekend before the teacher forgot)
Leadership refuses to take responsibility for the rapid decline of morale in the workplace.
