System is not up to date
My supervisor was hardly at work or available when whe was at work. They stress up sale but won't train in sales.
No incentive other given for good work or repeated compliment from customer.
The tech issues policy is unrealistic and caused me alot of stress. If you are down for more than 15min for whatever reason phone system or internet outage you have to report it. Their phone system was constantly crashing. If I was having tech issues (internet or phone or company issued computer issues) for 45 minutes or more even if your on hold with the internet provider they tell you to clock out,and it counts as an absent against you. Most of the time after on hold and dealing with the internet provider they would tell me nothing is wrong with my internet service and that it must be a VPN network issue at the company. I would inform them and they would make it seem like I was lying.
