Pros

Company car, uniforms, I had a great store manager who truly cared about your success. Great people to work with. I was like my own manager no one breathing down my back. I was always recognized as doing a great job and was respected. It feels good to be appreciated and rare at most jobs to make you feel that way. Bonuses if all customer/quality standards are met. I love the people I worked with immediate management and dispatch.

Cons

First is the pay its hard to support a family on. Second would be Add-ons, when you think you know your route and feel good about it and call your customers to give them a better idea of arrival time, they continue to add more jobs which is frustrating because the jobs can be out of your way and drive time will hurt you. They overbook you with jobs. They want you to take lunch but don't give you time to do it. Many Customers and higher management doesn't care if you freeze your fingers and other parts off, although they do provide uniforms and cold weather clothing. One bad survey can take away any hope of getting a bonus for that period.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
