Pros

Great people to work with and decent benefits and perks.

Cons

There is a significant lack of communication across departments, which leads to inefficiency, misalignment, and an inability for teams to work effectively toward shared goals. The organization also suffers from a lack of strong leadership, largely due to chronic understaffing, leaving employees without clear direction, accountability, or support for growth. Additionally, the weekly workload often feels chaotic and repetitive, with a continued focus on short-term, reactive tasks rather than strategic initiatives that drive long-term brand awareness and organizational success.

Pros

Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

Cons

As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
