Pros

Grateful to be part of the (SAGE) and One Ocean Resort & Spa family. Sage Hospitality truly values its people and encourages professional growth at every level. Promotions are based on performance, creativity, and collaboration. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. Leadership is approachable, genuine, and eager to accommodate both personal and career goals. Proud to have grown into the Director of Sales role and to represent a company that truly invests in its people.

A Great Place to Grow and Make an Impact

Pros

Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

Cons

As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
