      Strong management support but slow due to bureaucracy

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.

      Pros

      Great mission, benefits and employees. Home office has a good and supportive team as well. Would 100% recommend working for Sage. A lot of room for career growth as well!
