Pros

They have a decent portfolio of hotels

Cons

I can't give ZERO star so I had to at least give it 1 star. don't know how to treat employees. Confusing initiatives. corporate office hotel side and corporate office food and beverage side don't agree on goals for hotels or initiatives. upper/senior management don't care about employees. while change is normal in any industry or hotel, this company can't figure out what direction it wants to go on top of senior level leadership never sticking to initiatives...spends money without looking at budget and then wants to know you can't meet bottom line budgets. Pretty horrendous turnover rates...unless you kiss some serious *** don't expect to grow your career

I am sorry to hear of your concerns about Sage as we do take our reputation very seriously. I would never consider any of our Senior Leaders as immoral or unethical as we always strive to be open, honest and have full integrity. If that is not what you experienced then I truly hope you were honest during your exit interview so that we can make changes and improve. Our Associates are key to the success of our company and I truly value each and every one of them. I would appreciate any specific feedback you have at any time. I wish you the best in your career.

Pros

Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

Cons

As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
