Not sure what to say.. - Logistics Saia LTL Freight Employee Review

Located in the ghetto, aside from my small office it feels like the only thing I know of Saia is the name badge they sent me in the mail. Stock options are broker fees waived only. Training is nonexistent. Upper management has absolutely no clue what I do and my management shrugs it off when “up” slathers on irrelevant tasks or makes uneducated statements. Under staffed and under paid. I may have overheard others jumping ship for less headaches, more pay and structure. I’m seeing opportunities out there paying 10k more for me as well. I might have a few sick days in a suit coming up.
