There is no security in working at Saks. - Neiman Marcus Acquisition - Since the Neiman Acquisition, working at Saks has been awful or legacy Saks employees. Employees of the acquiring company should feel secure. Not at Saks. Most of the negative fallout of the acquisition has been absorbed by legacy Saks employees with round after round of layoffs and site closures. -Poor planning - Saks will promote you this week, and lay you off next week. Forcing you to go through interviews for a promotion for no reason, knowing the whole time that they will eliminate your position next week. - 401 (k) match is terrible for such a large company
