SDRs Stay Away Tons of Micro Management, Waste Our Valuable Time & the Stated Salary + Commission Turns Out To Be Super Low. No Wonder There Is Such HIGH TURNOVER. Then they insult valuable SDRs with some crew buck to buy some weird stuff Very insulting!

Some specifics in this post do not align with the tools and programs we use today. In our December 2025 anonymous Pulse Survey, approximately 1 to 2% of employees reported feeling micromanaged. When we review those comments in detail, they most often align with active performance coaching situations in which structure and call review are temporarily increased. On performance expectations, not everyone hits quota, but a significant number of people do. In Q4, across roughly 40 active client programs, we saw 75 instances of quota attainment. In Q3, across roughly 37 programs, we saw 63 instances of quota attainment. Results vary by program, tenure, and ramp, but quota achievement is a regular outcome here, not an exception. In the same December 2025 survey, about 85% of employees reported feeling supported by their manager, and around 90% described SalesRoads as a fun place to work. We encourage candidates to review a range of feedback over time and ask direct questions during the interview process so they can make an informed decision.

I can’t say enough pros. Management is beyond great, it has the best management team Ive ever experienced. TDM’s and HR are always thinking of fun things to do, like game day or contest. The understanding you will get from HR is unlike any other company. Also love that you can make your own schedule.

Cons

I really do not have a single one.

Training and coaching are ongoing, which helps employees continue to grow and feel confident in their roles. It’s a great place to develop professionally while being part of a team that genuinely wants to see each other succeed.

Cons

As with any growing organization, there are occasional updates to systems and tools. However, the company is proactive in improving processes and continues to invest in training and support to help teams stay aligned and efficient.
