Pros

Supportive leadership and training, especially for new SDRs. Management is approachable, communication is transparent, and expectations are clearly defined. Flexible remote environment with helpful coaching and opportunities to improve your sales skills. Great culture and teammates who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Cons

Like any outbound sales role, cold calling can be challenging and success requires persistence. Some client programs have longer sales cycles than others, so it can take time to see results. Otherwise, there are very few downsides

Pros

I can’t say enough pros. Management is beyond great, it has the best management team Ive ever experienced. TDM’s and HR are always thinking of fun things to do, like game day or contest. The understanding you will get from HR is unlike any other company. Also love that you can make your own schedule.

Cons

I really do not have a single one.
