Pros

I have worked for SalesRoads for several years. I have never been happier in my professional life! I honestly feel like this is my second family! So many WFH companies have limited engagement and it is easy to feel very isolated. SR has a lot of opportunties for engagement to include but not limited to, monthly company trainings, conducted by the President himself, Game Days ( that you get paid for), regular town halls, and fun slack channels. Everyone is so positive and encouraging! The cut throat mentality that is common in a lot of Sales organizations is frowned up as SR believes in building people up to their highest potential for themselves!

Cons

I can not think of any.

Pros

After nine years, I can say without hesitation that SalesRoads is a company that delivers on its values. If you’re motivated, coachable, and looking for a place where you can build real sales skills in a supportive environment, SalesRoads is an excellent place to grow your career.

Cons

No company is perfect, and SalesRoads is no exception. The work can be fast‑paced and metrics‑driven, which may not be a fit for everyone. Success requires discipline, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly to different clients and industries.

Pros

-Fully remote with flexible hours, which makes it easy to balance work and personal life - and time with my dog! -Recent changes have made goals more realistic and attainable, and there’s strong earning potential for both callers and managers through commission -After years of commuting and having to dress up daily, it’s refreshing to work in a relaxed environment that allows you to stay comfortable while still being productive and focused. -Fun culture even in a remote setting - there are optional game days on Zoom where you can connect with coworkers and still get paid for the time. -Every employee receives a monthly $ allowance to recognize and reward others, creating a genuinely supportive culture. -Clear growth opportunities - I started as an SDR and was able to follow a real career path into management, which is something a lot of companies say they offer but don’t actually deliver.

Cons

Dental and vision is available, but other healthcare benefits are limited
