      Cons

      Too much manager, Some non-tech manager will Interfering the development process, with their bias. Limited time frame to build games, due to tiny schedule and release day event. but over all is good.

      It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
