Pros

Honestly, just don't do it.

Cons

Typical day is getting yelled at by customers with no support from the SM. A complete disregard to availability, and denial of time off requests. Team is fun, we look out for each other, and all feel like we could get better help but its hard knowing who the trust. There are no POCs in upper management, or in HR, so when we complain about things such as discrimination or racism, it falls on deaf ears. I'm honestly nervous about my job security, due to the fact our SM was recently promoted to our new DM and even though she's out of the store, I feel like HR told her my complaints of her.

Pros

It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

Cons

Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
