      Great for people who are new to the leadership role. Lots of opportunities for advancement. Great for self-motivators. Perfect for those who want experience in training.

      Cons

      The schedule comes out the day before the week starts leaving no room for planning out each week unless you request specific days off. No communication on company goals for the store.

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
