      Team members are great Some members were able to progress to more managerial roles It is a fun environment It is very flexible

      Cons

      It seems like the company cares more about progress and expanding rather than caring for their staff. They tend to be inconsiderate for us. On busy days the managers can add extra pressure. Had a lot of promises that they couldn't keep

      It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
