* Easy * Cool workers * flexible schedule * Good for first time workers * Easy hiring process

* if manager doesn’t like you, they won’t put you on schedule * part-time for everyone, including upper management * no chance for higher pay * HR does not care about you. They care about being sued. * HR does not do anything but ask what they should do about it * money hungry * no benefits * they get mad at you for not being available on weekends * do not plan to move up the ladder
