Company is growing insanely fast.

Cons

Growing outside their capabilities… some internal processes are not all-brand friendly and on-property managers are forced to suffer the consequences. Absolutely no work-life balance and no respect to PTO for on-property managers. Above corporate level associates are not affected by this.

Cons

Culture, corporate HR, corporate representation, accountability to managers and corp departments. Not near enough operational help. Front desk help. Toxic leaders.
