Upper management only worries about revenue and reviews. Pay is below average. If you’re a guy be prepared to be discriminated against. To say mismanaged would be an understatement. Some rooms are unsafe and have bugs

Culture, corporate HR, corporate representation, accountability to managers and corp departments. Not near enough operational help. Front desk help. Toxic leaders.
