Cons

This company is a nightmare. The supervisor and manager constantly micromanaged every little thing, making it impossible to do any work without feeling suffocated. The environment was toxic, stressful, and completely demoralizing. If you value your mental health and want to avoid a place where bullying and micromanagement run rampant, do yourself a favor and don’t even consider working here.

Pros

SCFHP is a very inclusive environment.

Cons

Case management work is atypical. You cannot effectively provide case management to members and are expected to become a telemarketer for case management services. You are expected to enroll multiple members in case management per day but have minimal opportunity to follow up with those members once they have been enrolled. It makes for a stressful environment.
