      Pros

      -Secondary Sales Bonus for follow up with clients, takes some work but that's what we're here for. -Fun work place -Keeps you busy -Friendly environment -Great feedback on work you do (positive and negative) -Benefits and opportunity overtime -Regular raises -Understanding from management that we are human, and do not get put down if we have to call out sick or to deal with family matters (within reason of course) -Always something new to learn -Majority of coworkers are willing to answer any questions and give information relating to the job -Feels like a small family in our office -Can be a pro or con depending on your outlook, but there is constant change and room for improvement and growth in all areas

      Cons

      -Sitting at a desk all day -Not enough hands on experience in the field to learn what the arborists and clients are seeing; most trainings are videos and conference calls -Corporate feel coming into our office, not very fond as we operate and are known more as a "local" feel in the past.

      Safety comes first, they get you what you need, and the pay is not what it should be but it is among the best in the area.
