Pros

You can learn a lot about trees and plant health care

Cons

This is not a tree care company. It is an asset owned by private equity. The only thing they care about is growth at all cost - safety, quality, work culture. Do not trust reviews on or after June 21, 2024. The company sent out a memo begging only loyal employees to write reviews to boost their poor ratings. Especially don't trust reviews from anyone with manager in their title.
