Business Outlook
Pros
Work with very motivated, intelligent, and ambitious people. High growth start up where you can learn a lot and (if lucky (cause majority of the time moving up the ladder is not by merit)) can grow within the company.
Cons
While you work with some of the brightest minds, you also work with a bunch of people who are lazy do not own up to their work and there is little to no structure to keep people accountable for work. As a result people work insane hours. Company culture is non existent, this is a company where work life balance is not likely. Management makes rash uncalculated decisions.
