Pros
-Most coworkers are great, friendly, and very knowledgeable in many fields. You're always learning something new. -You get to contribute on a new company, new projects: You're always finding new ways to do processes, you're always helping with a bit of everything. If you don't like to do the same thing, then this could work for you. -You get vision into what other companies are searching/looking for. -Very lax with working from home, a lot of workers are remote, you can work from other places for a limited time.
Cons
-Work life balance is hard to achieve. -Schedules can get wild for some periods. -Once in a while you could get an emergency and work on the weekend. -Not a lot benefits. You have some that are ok, but could be doing better. -if you're near the office or part of a central team you do have to go to the office.
