- Goal posts change weekly. - Poor communication from the top down. - Management goes back on their word several times. - Promised us over time frequently when we joined and then revoked it within a few weeks. - Work load then tripled the next week. - You get pulled into random meetings and assigned work randomly without concern over what you have currently scheduled. - What they say one week will not be valid the next week. - If you ask why about anything, they will tell you to find another job if you don't like it. - Micromanagement culture where everything is measured. If you don't meet unstated goals, they will accuse you of not doing any work. You will lose your mind slowly here.
