Pros
The discount can be nice but if you do the math of how much you save it doesn't make a big difference if you got paid more elsewhere and had to buy Scheels stuff at retail.
Cons
Lack of raises, only keeps up with inflation so 3% a year max. Bad/negative culture. The company enjoys sweeping unethical acts under the rug. HR does nothing but hire because the turnover rate is so bad. Be ready to work in a "fast paced environment" because you'll always be understaffed and will work until you are burnt out, hence the high turnover rate. You can approach most managers but anything mentioned will not be addressed or changed. Policies exist but are rarely followed and no one is held accountable for breaking policy.
