Inconsistent styles of management demonstrated by the leadership team. Worked for the company for 5 years. Had three different direct managers, worked alongside anywhere from 10-20 assistant store leaders(managers) on a day to day basis, and only one ever asked me where I wanted to go with my career at scheels. Lots of Nepotism, either assistant store leaders being married to other assistant store leaders, or assistant store leaders married to associates, or assistant store leaders having multiple physical relationships with other associates and assistant store leaders at the same time. You won't start seeing big ESOP gains until you have worked for the company full-time (not part-time) for about 6 years.
