Pros
Employee discount and getting to help customers while being able to disregard the money it takes to make them happy. There have been several cases where I have had a customer down on their luck or in a bind and I have fixed minor repairs and replaced inner tubes and told the customer it was no charge.
Cons
Putting up with corporate drama and management that does not care about the employees low on the totem pole. Far too many employees are undeservingly labeled "experts" while many true experts go unnoticed and under-appreciated. Over the past several years, I have noticed an increasing allowance for mediocrity store-wide.
