They promise you money you won’t make. Management ignores requests to make workplace better and safer. They take 75% of steep pay from inspectors that hang into ropes for a living. They don’t value guys that have been around for years. Management is extremely disconnected from anyone else while showing off their sports cars. They force days off when volume is low and they force travel even when forcing days off. They will let you climb as long as you can for them with no raises and no actual employment offers for benefits or an actual career.
