Pros

Company has a very flexible schedule.

Cons

They promise you money you won’t make. Management ignores requests to make workplace better and safer. They take 75% of steep pay from inspectors that hang into ropes for a living. They don’t value guys that have been around for years. Management is extremely disconnected from anyone else while showing off their sports cars. They force days off when volume is low and they force travel even when forcing days off. They will let you climb as long as you can for them with no raises and no actual employment offers for benefits or an actual career. They don’t have roofs to train guys on, yes are still hiring people!

- Decent Pay - Wonderful Benefits - Christmas Bonus - Work From Home

Cons

- There is no semblance of work/life balance in this position. Your hours will change, and you will have no control. You will be required to work overtime, and you will have no control. You will be asked to work alone on a Saturday, and you will have no control. - Disorganized c-suite and owners leads to mass confusion for those underneath - Inadequate training time for a job with so many caveats and one-off situations. After the "training" period ends, reaching out to ask for help is made to feel like a burden. - Required overtime was not discussed beforehand, and was dropped on the team out of nowhere. - If you see the company strike a "huge deal", this just means more work for you with no added help or resources. - Burnout in this role happens quickly. The work never stops, and luckily, the new phone system ensures you're being monitored constantly for productivity.

My teammates were helpful and supportive If you're looking for a starter job- this is a good place to start. Most are temps so you can pick your own hours.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, no raise in over a year, want more money- work more hours You will never move out of your current department or position Less qualified outsiders are hired over well qualified current employees All the good employees don't stay over 2 years
