      Sometimes it hard to get help or when you go help another tech the nurses will claim you hide! Needs better team work.

      Pros

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Cons

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
