      They hire like nobody’s business

      Cons

      Pay sucks!!! They do not pay their PSS employees competitive salary. Therapists are over worked and underpaid! Too many ppl in management who don’t even have a real say so! It’s so dysfunctional. Men are paid way more to do way less and getting a raise is nearly impossible. No room for growth!

      Pros

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
