Pros
They pay your paycheck on time. Hours are decent. Co-workers are all you have for support. There is Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available at various out of paycheck levels for individual and families.
Cons
No overtime allowed if your location isn't meeting the high quarterly expectations. No raises, ever. So be sure to negotiate your hourly rate before accepting your position. They make you use PTO for all of the holidays your office is closed and you are not allowed to work the holiday. HR and corporate are "faceless" they are very difficult to get a real person. Everything is "self service" through a portal.
