Pros
Great benefits: PTO that accrues all year (more than 10 days a year) , Insurance, HSA/FSA, 401k
Cons
A bonus structure that's a moving goal post and requires both front and back office to meet their numbers. Although PT's will get the bonus whether or not you've met your numbers, but not the other way around. Aides do not receive any bonus, which is unfair since without them the clinic doesn't run. each position is important. Really difficult to get a raise, at times only receiving .10 cents. Like to pile on as much work on front desk as possible, some of us even aide and run the front simultaneously. Also, use to have title of manager, should still be that way as essentially we were office managers that worked in tandem with clinic director to ensure efficient running of clinic. Lots of PTO, but difficult to get a day off. Office politics between the higher level managers effect lower level employee promotions and raises. If your Area VP doesn't like your clinic director, prepare to not get your raise approved regardless of the work you've provided. Same with promotions.
