      Pays well for a college student and has flexible hours. Coworkers in the hospital are very kind and relaxed, for the most part.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to get a pay increase. Due to the location and type of work, you may have to come in and stay overnight when a hurricane comes through.

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Cons

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
