      Challenging work environment. Good experience

      Cons

      Staffing ratios are pitiful. There are times we have no supervisor at night and CNO doesn't care. Senior leadership is off site and out of touch. Actually he is pretty ignorant. All corporate team cares about is pushing their agenda. CEO is oblivious. Dangerous place for patients and nursing practice!

      Pros

      Bosses were interactive and understanding, pay was solid for a role that only required a B.S. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy that the job is different every day

      Cons

      Upper leadership is disorganized and disorienting. We work third party for a business, and that business does not take our facilities or capabilites into consideration when applying new techniques or rules
