Pros

Working at Sentinel provides the opportunity to work each day with great people. People who care about what they do and care about the way in which they do it. The people I work with everyday is why I choose to work at Sentinel. Management has focused on creating a clear purpose, core values, and behaviors to support our vision for now and in the future.

Cons

In the past it seemed that there was too much of a focus on our millennials, but even that has improved recently.

At Sentinel we are committed to continuously creating a culture where people are valued and feel empowered to succeed and grow. In my new role as President & CEO it’s one of my highest priorities to focus on. We have many ideas on how we can keep improving communication and being transparent about our company goals and initiatives moving forward. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve. Thank you for your feedback and contribution to the company.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and very sincere leadership wanting to see you get there!

Cons

As a business with separate business units, not all business units seem to be allocated the same resources

Pros

The company focuses on thier employees, not just their clients. When they says things like "work/life balance" or "flexible schedule" or any other culture buzzword you hear from companies they actually mean it. This has been the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

I can't speak for other departments but for my job title the pay is a little low. It is within the median range on the lower side of that range but could be more. I mean who doesn't want more money.
