Pros

I have been employed at Sentinel for over 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The culture that has been created here is amazing, very laid back but professional, very fun, but serious at the same time. Senior management is very involved in employees day to day work, its a nice feeling when the CEO asks you how your children are and really cares about your answer. Sentinel also pushes you to learn more and gives you every opportunity to do so, they truly want you to succeed. All employees have access to work from home, which comes in handy with our New England winters.

Cons

With so many employees working remotely and using the same environment, the system can be slow sometimes. However the IT department is quick to work on the issues, so work is not delayed.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow and very sincere leadership wanting to see you get there!

Cons

As a business with separate business units, not all business units seem to be allocated the same resources

Pros

The company focuses on thier employees, not just their clients. When they says things like "work/life balance" or "flexible schedule" or any other culture buzzword you hear from companies they actually mean it. This has been the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

I can't speak for other departments but for my job title the pay is a little low. It is within the median range on the lower side of that range but could be more. I mean who doesn't want more money.
