I’ve had a great experience working at Serenity Healthcare. The training program is extremely well organized and thorough, and it really sets you up for success from the start. The trainer was incredible, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone learn and feel confident in their roles. One thing that stands out is how supportive the teams are, not just locally but across different locations. We regularly receive help and encouragement from colleagues in Utah and Texas, and it really feels like everyone is working together toward the same goal. That level of collaboration makes a huge difference when you’re learning and growing in your role. Management is also very approachable and quick to respond whenever questions or concerns come up. It’s clear they care about their employees and want to create a positive work environment. The facilities themselves are top notch, very modern, clean, and state-of-the-art. It’s a great environment to work in and something the company clearly takes pride in. Having a lakeside high rise with outdoor areas to take a break and on site food options is a huge perk! Another nice bonus is the culture around employee appreciation. Free lunches and snacks are provided regularly, and leadership is always introducing new incentives and programs to keep even tenured team members engaged and motivated. Overall, Serenity Healthcare has created a supportive, professional, and engaging workplace, and it’s been a great place to grow and develop.
