Management displays favoritism, raises if any suck, the more you do and know doesn't mean anything, no free meals, very strict on rules, always have to be doing something, requesting days is a hassle you have to provide reasons and even if you request months in advanced it is still not a sure thing that you will get it. you must have a reason for calling in and for requesting a day.
