Pros
The employee culture here is amazing. It’s such a tightly-knit team that I would be hard-pressed to keep from calling everyone here family. The fact that the service is international, not just in the US, is amazing, so we get to service folks all across the globe. I never thought it would be fun, but I find it meaningful.
Cons
Fast-paced at times, and I’ve seen that take a toll on some members of the team, but others flourish in that fast-paced environment, so it really depends on what you’re used to in a work environment. I personally love it.
