App constantly has issues, (there's no SLA, so that should tell you something), platform constantly has issues that are significant enough to prevent you from making calls and completing surveys, - you could literally spend hours doing absolutely nothing, but still be stuck sitting in front of your computer, some of the survey's are incredibility biased and contain needlessly graphic sexual content, there is no way to contact a manager when things go wrong and support is completely useless, even if you create a ticket they never reply or correct the issue, the company doesn't pay on time and sometimes not at all, when they do pay it's the wrong amount, I've heard from coworkers that the bonuses for additional hours or new hires that the company promises are rarely, if ever, paid out, and the Contractor Agreement prohibits class action suits, most likely because there are hundreds of people (seriously, check out the other reviews) that have been cheated out of their legally due wages. Do not work for this company, you will regret it.
