Pros
Outside of leadership & senior management, the team is made up of smart and ambitious (early to mid career) individuals. It’s disappointing to see their potential and growth stunted in this work environment.
Cons
- No clear direction or prioritization across the entire business. Goal post is constantly shifting making it hard for anybody to make progress or impact. - The platform is operationally and technologically unsophisticated with zero support function or regard for workers utilizing the platform. - The employee turnover and attrition rates speak for themselves. Don’t turn a blind eye.
