Fantastic people to work with Company is in growth mode Fast-paced A lot of opportunity to make change happen. This isn't a place where you hear "that's how we've always done it, so you can't try something new." A lot of growth opportunity. There are a lot of people at this company who started in one role or department and have grown into other areas of the company. ShipMonk has a start-up mentality with the resources of a larger company.

If you don't love a fast-pace of operating in an industry that is constantly changing, you probably won't like ShipMonk. If you're not comfortable with learning as you go and figuring things out on the job, you probably won't like ShipMonk.
