•No sick/hazard pay •No vacations/PTO for hourly •Recently ‘Updated ‘ benefits aren’t convincing enough to stay. With a $6k deductible! •Strict Point system •They seem to have all this money and keep it for them self’s •Being a blue collar/production based job only has the “most popular” holidays off a year. I honestly feel like I wasted half a year here.
