Pros

the pay is not bad, (if you're willing to deal with the frustration involved with having to learn everything on your own.)

Cons

poor training, poor management, lots of wasted time, no response to texts or emails, they create a 'kiss butt' culture.

Pros

There are some genuinely great people at shipmonk

Cons

1. The great people are looking to leave 2. Extremely inexperienced leadership from the top down 3. Shady practices in recruiting to include what they call back door reference checks 4. The company is fire crazy, they are constantly firing people and run an avg of 8 confidential job postings at time for people they want to fire. 5. Most salaried people are working 70+ hours per week and still told they are not doing enough. Shipmonk is a B player in their industry that only want to hire A players while providing C level pay.
