Pros

I love shipmonk, I have no complaints other than having to be to work at 630am when I have no car. I go to work do my job , communicate with those who enjoy communicating like a human should and get shxt done like I’m suppose to.

Cons

The early 630am start time kind of sucks . And it sucks for 10 hour shift we only have ONE 15 min break instead of 4 hrs after start time we don’t get first break until 6 hours later and that can be exhausting .

Pros

Fantastic people to work with Company is in growth mode Fast-paced A lot of opportunity to make change happen. This isn't a place where you hear "that's how we've always done it, so you can't try something new." A lot of growth opportunity. There are a lot of people at this company who started in one role or department and have grown into other areas of the company. ShipMonk has a start-up mentality with the resources of a larger company.

Cons

If you don't love a fast-pace of operating in an industry that is constantly changing, you probably won't like ShipMonk. If you're not comfortable with learning as you go and figuring things out on the job, you probably won't like ShipMonk.
